Former Detroit Pistons point guard Will Bynum is in China putting up some of the best numbers of his career (20 points and 6 assists per game) but can’t seem to grasp the art of using chopsticks.
After their 122-109 victory over Foshan, his teammates Wang Shipeng (left) and Yi Jianlian (right) took Bynum and Chris Daniels out for a Chinese dinner. While Daniels stuck with the fork, Bynum made his best attempt at using chopsticks. Bynum said, “I need to go back and teach my daughters how to do this.”
Bynum is playing great basketball in China. In his 10 games he’s been able to lead Guangdong to a 10-0 record. Let’s hope his game on the basketball court leads to success in his chopstick game.
