Basketball can be an intense game therefore it’s important to keep your emotions in check.

Last week, during the finals of the Asia-Pacific College Basketball Tournament, Yonsei University (Seoul) head coach Jung Jae Geun showed attempted to punch a referee before ‘head-butting’ the ref in the face.

During the dying seconds of the fourth quarter (score tied at 80) Jung Jae Geun argued a non-call. It seemed as if one of Yonsei’s players was fouled while attempting a layup by a Korean University player.

Jung Jae Geun has since been fired from the university and has been banned from coaching in Korea for five years.

Korea University would go on to beat their inner-city rivals and were crowned the tournament champions.
