Stephon Marbury once told me “I’m 37-years-old and it’s noticeable. It’s a fact.”
Well yes it is a fact that he is 37-years-old but one can truly say that Marbury is not playing like your average 37-year-old.
In game three of an intense playoff series between the best team in China, Guangdong Southern Tigers, Marbury displayed a magnificent performance. Even his head coach, coach Min, needed help from god to fully understand the miracle taking place.
Marbury would help lift the Beijing Ducks passed the Tigers 109-104 in overtime by dropping 43-points. His efficiency is what stood out most. He started the game 7 of 7 from the field and would finish the game 9-12 from two point territory, 4-8 from beyond the arc and 13-14 from the free throw line.

Going into game three, the series was tied at one game a piece. As the semi-finals are a best-of-five series, game three was very important. The Ducks took a 2-1 series lead with a chance to close it out at home on Tuesday and advance to the CBA finals.
Marbury was blood sweat and tears during game three, here are some photos to prove it.
