There’s a first time for everything. For John Wall, on Thursday August 28th, 2014 it was his first time visiting South Korea.
Wall’s stop in Korea is the last of his cross Asia promotional tour with Adidas. His fans packed the AdiCrazy court in Seoul’s Time Square Mall where Wall participated in a Q&A as well as a three-point contest against some lucky fans.
“It’s my first time in Korea and so far its been great. We are staying in a really nice hotel so that’s good,” says Wall.
In October, Adidas will release John Wall’s first signature shoe.
“It’s pretty exciting and fun to know you can have your own stuff,” said Wall during Team USA training camp in Las Vegas. “All the Adidas stuff I wear will probably have my logo on it, just like [fellow Adidas endorser] Derrick [Rose] will wear everything that’s got D-Rose on it. Makes it fun.”
Wall took a questions from the Korean panel made up of Jumpball Korea editors Hyuan Il Cho and Son Daebum before taking questions from the fans.
From talking about his new max-deal contract with the Wizards to helping fans understand the story behind the infamous “John Wall Dance”, Wall gave the fans a real up close and personal show at the Adidas John Wall TakeOn South Korea tour.
He ended the day by signing autographs at the Adidas store in Itaewon.
This wraps up the John Wall Adidas Asia tour.
