Jacob Pullen lands contract with Liaoning Flying Leopards of CBA

In 2007, the Kansas State Wildcats freshman Jacob Pullen alongside a future NBA superstar Michael Beasley upset the #2 ranked and cross town rivals Kansas Jayhawks. Remember that?

Well Beasley would go on and have a mediocre career in the NBA while Pullen, who scored 20-points in that miracle Kansas State victory would find himself playing in Europe and shooting the lights out in Barcelona.

Liaoning has one of the top Chinese point guards in the league so expect Pullen to be “pulling the three” coming off screens or in transition.

Last season the Flying Tigers had Dominique Jones (former Dallas Maverick) and Hakim Warrick as their foreign players. Pullen will replace Jones while Warrick’s future in China remains questionable.
